My background spans the full operational lifecycle — from defining zero-to-one launch strategies for new business lines to architecting the operational frameworks that allow teams to scale. At Lyft, I managed distributed teams of 30+ across five states with a $5.7M quarterly budget, drove $1.3M in profit through workflow automation, and established national best practices adopted by 40+ sites.
I'm a proponent of operational excellence, leveraging advanced data skills (SQL, Tableau, Python) to drive decision-making and build high-performing, virtual-first cultures. I'm currently pursuing my MBA at Case Western Reserve University (Weatherhead School of Management) while executing my self-funded search for the right business to acquire and operate.
